Text of Complaint by Vismay Ambaliya:

I wanted to go on a small trip at kutch for 5 days. So I entered my requirements on all famous travel & tour sites like MMT, YATRA, etc.
Then I got a call from Aarohi Sharma who is in the sales department of Exploreindia (Sonipat, Haryana) on 1st December 2021. And she offered me the same package in 37K and mailed me the itinerary details.
The package price offered to me was very less(In my budget) compare to other travel packages. Before making the payment, I visited their website(www.exploreindia.co.in) which was looking OK to me and also I had a call with Miss Aarohi regarding payment of 15k. And She was like “sir app mujhpe trust kerke payment ker dijiye hum fraud nhi hai”.
Then I made the payment of Rs.15000 on 8th December using GPay & she promised me to get the booking details in next day. I started asking for my booking details then she replied that she has informed in booking team & they will get back to me.
I also had call with their head Arun Kumar (from Booking team) on 15th Dec who also known as Chandrabhan Sharma. His word was like “5000 or submit kijye apka booking abhi ho jayega… trust kijiye hum apko service denge” and they never provide me that.
On 10th Dec, I got the confirmation mail from Aarohi (from Booking team) of Advance Payment Rs. 15000/- done by me with a receipt which does not have the GST No. on it.
On 6th Jan due to covid and I started mailing & calling them regarding my booking details but they did not respond properly. Now Aarohi from sales team stopped answering my messages on whatsapp & call.
On 6th Jan I called Arun for cancellations my booking and he was like ho jayega app 7.30 tak call kijye and then his phon switched off. And this was not communicated earlier neither by Aarohi nor by Arun.

I called the hotels which Aarohi mentioned on itinerary and both the hotels denied any booking on my name or on exploreindia for that particular date (26th to 31st Jan).

Hence I decided to cancel my trip with exploreindia and I dropped a cancellation mail to booking team on 6th of JAN and I communicated same on call to Arun & asked him to revert on mail to initiate the refund process.

And they had mentioned their cancellation and Refund policy on the itinerary and according to that I had cancel my trip before 20 days of departure & I should get full refund as mentioned by them. In one of call Arun told me to clear the refund process in 45 days but till now I did not get any mail of refund or refund in my account.
