Today is 25 aug 2019,and my complaint is that even i am paying for recharge to jio internet service i didn’t enjoying for what i am paying. I had complaint about very low data usage speed mostly during 6 to 12 night they are saying that they are working on it. After 15 days i again complain about same issue they again saying that sentence “still working”. Many times my 1GB data get totally wasted and on asking for compensation they said that ” Sorry sir we cannot do this”. As a consumer if i had pay for some service it is my right to enjoy it fully. My location is NEW LAYALPUR,JAGATPURI,EAST DELHI,110051.
