I made an order in Just Herbs website, for 1149 rupees. I neither got my product delivered nor my money. I just wanted to get my money back, but lost it. The customer care does not work, the whatsApp Or email Or message, I contacted through all modes. The Order ID is 1765017. The AWB number is 14131782758305. They put a status update called RTO and gave no money back. Please help me with this problem, to get my money back.
