I have been paying my bills regularly. it is extremely unfair on your part to be generally overcharging on the basis of some error in our meter reading or otherwise, we request your urgent intervention in this regard. We would specifically like to know if there are any kind of issues with our electricity meter or any other inadvertent error that has taken place. Requesting you to kindly look into the matter immediately and revise the bill straight away. We also would request you to rectify the error, as pointed above, so that we are not overcharged again, One more thing why we people going meter room and clicking Photo of Meter reading this is not our duty, kindly send your officer in our office which they are decision maker and sort it out this issue.
