I had taken loan from Bharat Loan app. They charged 1% interest per day. I took loan because I had no other option. But problem happened when I have failed to pay the dues in time. At present I am in financial crisis. They charged 2% penal interest per day for delay. Though they mention thus rate in the Sanction letter. I think this rate is not approved by the RBI. This exorbitant rate is considered usurious, excessive, and a violation of the RBI’s Fair Practices Code.
