• Till   the  month    of   MAy-20 from   April   -19 the billing  was  something  different   and  suddenly   the   bills  got  escalated   in   the  month june. So   far   for  the    past  15   months  the  bill   used   to   come  in  the  range  of  RS.1400 to  Rs.1500., after  raising  a  complaint  last   year  in   the   month   of   JUNE-19.
• However   again   there    is  a  huge bill    is  generated   in   the for  the   month   of  september ,  though   was  not   there   in   the   residence  from   june20  to  AUGUST20.   During   the  visit   to   the   ADANI  office  and  discussion    with   the   official   it  was communicated    that    the   billing   slapped  on  me  is based   on  the  electricity usage  for   the previous  usage  pattern  for   the period  FY-18-19 .
• For  your   kind  reference  was  not   in  the   CITY   from   10 june till  Mid of  August.20. details provided   in   the   previous  trailed  e-mail.
• The   meter    is  changed   by    the   ADANI  without  any prior   intimation/ communication   to   the  land  lady   and  the   end  user which   is  not  pertinent.
• Post   changing   the   matter   too  there   is  no   communication   from   your   respective  department rather  For  the   Month   of  AUG- 20 it  didn’t    show  up any    bill   amount   to  be  paid, as    i    pay     bill   online.
• During    the   period   of   change  of  the    meter  and  the    bill    raised to  the   end  user, it   is  to   be   brought  to  your notice that  the  end  user   was    not    at    the  residence , out   of  city  ( from   10-June-20 to   17-aug-20)  and  the   house  was  completely   closed  , no  electrical  equipments  were  kept   on switch on   mode .
• For  the   confirmation    the air  tickets  are   attached   in   the   mail   dated  10/10/20  & 13/10/20. As per discussion at ADANI  office   tilaknagar with   the ADANI  official the   same  was desired for  confirmation.
• For  your   kind  information   i   have  occupied  the   premises  from   5th of MAy 2019. So   the imaginary   usage of electricity based   on which the bill   is  generated    is  not  applicable and  acceptable.The   lease   deed  is  attached  in  the   mail dated 13/oct/20.
• The  electricity   connection   is  not   for  commercial  purpose  , its  for  residential   use.
• Such   kind  of   forceful careless  billing   generation  &  violation   of  the   rules / regulation and  is  fraudulent in nature , and  breach   of  customer trust
