Talkcharge has started collecting convenience fee ON EVERY TRANSACTION made through their wallet be it Recharge, Bill Payment etc. WITHOUT ANY NOTICE and that too AT AN EXTRAORDINARY and EXORBITANT rate of 20% on our hard earned miney saved in Talkcharge Wallet. The amounts charged are surprisingly painful specially when it comes to a critical amount payment like Electricity. Please need your help to save my hard earned and saved money.
