Text of Complaint by Anuradha Hemant shah:

Hi,

I am a Airtel number (9987051894) user from past 15 years and has never failed on my payments. In recent years I have been making international trips to visit my daughters and every time when I am back I have been charged for international roaming services. Due to mistake of my own I have paid those bills in past. However this time when I visited Singapore on 6th April , a day before commencing my journey I went to a airtel gallery near me and talked with the executive about the international roaming services and how to deactivate them, upon which she told me it will be deactivated after 24 hours and also she made sure and confirmed with me about the auto roaming option being disabled. In my whole stay in Singapore from 6th April – 8th May my mobile data as well as roaming was off. to my surprise when I was back I was charged with crazy amount of bill. I have visited the gallery , I have talked with the executives over phone and mailed 121 couple of times but in vain.

I am not going to pay a single penny and I will make sure to take it on social media.I hope you will address my grievance
