Text of Complaint by SURU GOVINDA RAJULU:

My subscription ID No.1164654236. I made the total amount of RS.1,860/- towards the yearly package, in the month of October 2018 and since then we are enjoying the said package channels. But surprisingly I am receiving msgs. that a new package needed to be selected with extra price, and saying that our amount will be debited for the extra priced packages contrary to the existing contract/agreement. Asper our contract agreement I should be provided/continued the existing package up to October 2019 with out any additional charges, failing which the act of Tatasky amounts not only breach of contact but also amounts to cheating etc., Hence I request to take the complaint and to redress to meet the jusJust.
