I am a Airtel broadband subscriber number
I have this connection from more than 4 year and i was royal customer of airtel broadband service provider.
After several times called to customer care executive, seniors and as well as floor manager had communicate but none will help me and every time insure me give us 24 hours we will forward this issue with high priority but yet todays its not going to happened and not receive any update.
Also send mail to airtel with same issue . I was spend almost 15 to 16 hours in all these calling and sending mail i was call to 121 on continuers basis even today i was call to 121 same reply from airtel customer care end give us 24 hours.
My work has affected due low internet speed (work from home).
I am very frustrated with such irresponsible behavior form airtel team end and demand compensation for my inconvenient and mentaly frustration
