I am using Airtel connection since long time, recently I approached one of your Airtel office in Secunderabad and opted for 799 family Plan with 2 add-on numbers.. I have applied the same on 09-04-2019, numbers got activated but My plan was not upgraded, they have only added 2 numbers on my 499 plan nothing else, when I Approached same Secunderabad branch and enquired about my 799 plan and I got surprised response from executive that, 799 plan was no more active and I have to opt another plan and I asked what about my 799 plan and why it was not activated to my primary no (9949819786) they simply responded that due to technical error it was not activated.

I contacted Nodal desk but no use and then I wrote a mail to MD desk to gopal.vittal@airtel.com.but there is no response..
