Hi,
Since there were some calls dropping and had some mobile data issues on my SIM card(Mobile no:9940789161) , I visited the Airtel store and they provided a new sim card and said it would be activated in 2hrs. This happened on 24th Feb 2020. Currently it is still not yet activated, so visited the store again. The customer care officer registered a ticket (RITM2595110) on 25th Feb 2020 stating “Signal Fetching issue”. Till today there it has not yet resolved. The mobile number of the customer care who attended – 9566065656.
These issues happened after I did my recharge. its a 80 days plan and i lost a week due to this issue. The customer care representative accepted that its the Airtel’s issue and nothing to do with a Customer.
I m totally not happy with the service provided by Airtel.
