Dear Sir,
I am having Jiofibre net connection vide No.
299041636834-dhurgavidhyaakshaya@gmail.com. The connection was disrupted on 05.03.2021. The same was restored only on 21.03.2021. Hence, for temporary relief I had obtained an Airtel connection on 17.03.2021. In the same way today while providing new connection to my neighbour, my jio fibre net connection was disrupted. Having wtched the same, I had made oral complaint to the engineers immediately. But despite my repeated requests the connection was not restored till 06.30 p.m. today. Kindly intervene
