When I took the broadband connection, the executive gave an option for 299 I told him I DONT WANT ANYTHING EXTRA EXCEPT 799 plan. Then later I get the bill for 301rs extra and my Internet connections was stopped.
When I called and explained everything the executive denied to waive off the extra charge, I wanted to talk to a supervisor but I was on hold for 45min and was disconnected.
I called 5 times after that all the executive I spoke to promised that the extra charge was waived off not it’s all a big lie.
I keep getting calls to make the payment, when I asked for a supervisor the executive promised the supervisor would call but no one called after that.
All I get is a call to make the payment.
I don’t understand your damn policy, is this how you all earn money, do you all scam your loyal customer?
I’ve heen with airtel from past 10 years. And this is how you trouble me.
I am not gonna pay anything extra because I told the executive very clearly that I don’t want anything extra other than 799 plan.
Why should I pay extra when I’m not using it or dint opt for?
I want you all to waive that off immediately and give a confirmation.
If not never gonna use airtel including my family members and I would ask for entire refund for the broadband connection.
Your company was only a pain to me.
