Text of Complaint by Souvik Saha:

I was purchased a printer from amazon. It was delivered on 24/10/2020. But it was defected and for that reason I called customer care at the same day for returning this and they were verify and created pick up scheduled. But local agent was not returned yet they reported verification failed without any reason and everyday I called amazon customer service they created next date pick up scheduled.
