Excitel internet does not work at all and I was on call with Hyderabad Excitel customer care for half an hour and they cannot handle or resolve any issue. Excitel takes money in advance atleast 6 month and now they do not provide the service. Our work gets impacted highly due to this but they do not care and provide service
