I have surrendered my router on 17th Aug 2022. Got the acknowledgement as well. Initially i was told that my security deposit of Rs.2000 will be refunded in 30 days i.e 17th Sep’2022. When i called their customer care to check the status, they said the refund period revised from 30 days to 90 days and now the refund time extended to 17th Nov’2022. When i called them the 90th day, they said the router is 1 year old and i need to update the account details to which the amount to be refunded. I have given and they said that it will be done within 10 days. After several calls, tickets nothing has happened as on date. It is more than 6 months since i surrendered my connection. Everytime i call them, they say the same answer “As soon as possible”. They never even bothered to call me voluntarily and update the status. Deeply disappointed by the EXCITEL customer care. Holding my money for such a long period. Not sure how many like me facing same hassle with Excitel.
Extremely poor service by EXCITEL. Someone has to resolve this.
