Text of Complaint by Sameer:

I have terminated my excitel connection on 31 May 2023 and raised the ticket to return the ONU router on 6 June 2023. As per their instruction, I have submitted the router to their Partner services (Fiberlink FTTH) on 9th June 2023. The Partner services has inspected the device and closed the ticket 2033970 and 2069697 on 21 June 2023. As per Excitel Policy, I have to wait 60 days to receive my Refund. After 60 days, i.e. 22 Aug 2023, I called their customer care. They asked me to mail them in order to receive a link to submit my bank details. I have mailed them many times in regards to send me the link. The Customer care agents were keep advising me to wait till their finance or accounts team send me the link. Firstly, they removed the option to chat with their customer care agents, because I was saving their Chat Transcript. Now, They are keep disconnecting my calls, when I call their customer care. I can only contact them through Mail, for which they don’t respond. I have raised many tickets for this concern, but no actions has been taken.
