Respected Sir,Madam
This is to draw your attention towards pathetic services provided by Excitel in Paschim Puri area.
Since 2 Months I have raised a request for upgradation to fibre but nobody contacted for installation. their website mentions that 30 days is the maximum time yo take to effect this.. but this is not followed at all thus cheating their customer.
After I lost all my energy to follow on this I raised a request to refund the money I have paid for ONU device but that request is still pending from around 40 days…..

Pending since 60 days.
Ticket- 4277770-To refund amount paid for ONU device.
Pending: since 40 days.
