I had returned the ONU on 4th of April. Excitel comfirmed that it will be done in next 3 months however its been 1st week of september and I have been procrastinating throughout the whole period and now it’s again reflecting 42 days for resolution. Checked on internet and its jut not me, everyone is experiencing same and they embezzler everyone’s money. Its a scam running here and need to be reported.
