I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I recently had with Excitel Broadband. As a former customer of Excitel, I feel it is important to share my story in order to prevent others from falling victim to their fraudulent practices.
After using Excitel’s broadband service for a period of time, I decided to discontinue their service and requested a refund of my security deposit. Despite several attempts to contact their customer service department and numerous promises that my refund was being processed, I have yet to receive my refund. It has been more than 4 months since I requested the refund, and I have grown increasingly frustrated with Excitel’s lack of response and disregard for their contractual obligations.
I am not the only one who has faced such issues. Many customers of Excitel have reported similar experiences and there seems to be a pattern of fraudulent practices in their dealings with customers. It is important that we as a community stand together and hold companies accountable for their actions.
I urge you to be cautious if you are considering Excitel Broadband as your internet service provider. Their fraudulent practices are not only unethical, but also illegal. I hope that by sharing my story, I can help prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful tactics.
