I would like to file a complaint against Excitel for failing to refund my security deposit of 2000 rs. I surrendered their device in December 2022, but have not received my refund yet. I have contacted their customer care multiple times, but have only received the same response each time. Despite asking for a specific date, I have not been given any timeline for when my refund will be processed. This behavior by Excitel is unacceptable and I would like them to take immediate action to address this issue.
