Text of Complaint by Veerasingam:

Hi Sir,

I am staying in Jai Bharath Nagare, Bangalore and has taken internet connection from Excitel 10 days back as per the plan of 100mbps speed for Rs.2000/3 months.

From the first day I took connection, Speed is very slow 3 mbps and giving maximum of 5 mbps and it is fluctuating sometime till 20 mbps very badly. it does not help me to do work from home and wanted to take three days leave in last one week.

I contacted their helpdesk (080-33447788) and had chat with chat with us in their app. but they are not helping to fix the issue and do not send any technicians to resolve the issue.

Since they are unable to fix it, I asked them to refund the amount 2k but still getting the negligible words from support.

 

I need your help to fix the issue or refund the amount.
