I paid for getting a fibre upgradation on 6th October to which the sales person said that there will be no upgradation charges, neither there will be any installation charges, but now after 22 days their engineer called finally, to tell me that there will be a charge on the wire change, also I had to recharge the wifi services on 25th October, which I’d also like to be refunded.
