I have disconnected my excitel broadband connection and deposit the router in Nov.2023 and it’s been more than 8 months I have not received my refund of security deposit which was promised to pay within 60 days of termination the connection.
I’ve raised multiple tickets since then but they closed the tickets on their own without any clarification. Pathetic service and excitel is fraud.
