Text of Complaint by Sujay:

I was the full time employee of a reputed company and all of my work is on remote. So the story is I’ve applied for connection shifting request within a city in around 14kms of distance. Any action to shifting request hasn’t been taken yet from the Excitel team and it’s been over 1 week. My wifi is constantly down since 1 week and I lost the job only because of not getting back to the work as before with wifi and my whole family is frustrated and mental harassed by excitel team as their terrible responses whenever we make a call to take action. Their team is never been in action and it’s useless to contact them because they do no help to customers, they only used to talk in helpless and rude way. They are only doing fraud to customers, they just want customers to be active with recharges and all but the customer service is very very worst in the capital city. So you guys can assume how will be the excitel service in non capital cities. Anyways I just regret of promoting excitel to public, friends and family. Very Worst broadband company out there, don’t ever choose them, if you do so you will be regretting later. Vivek Raina has to look out for this, otherwise they’re loosing customer of their worst service.
That’s my case and I hope they may take action or refund my money of unused days balance.
