I am a new customer of Excitel, They have given me a demo of speed and range coverage. when I have made payment then the coverage of device is not stable, low range device they have given me, I started complaining from the first day installation they said we will come and check no one came till the day, Sales person Anil ojha is not picking up my call now, Arun jain senior tech team member he also said our team will reach at your place, no one came. Excitel is a scam, They are ditching the customer, Delhi tech team also raising fake ticket, fake promises they are making, got a msg someone will visit,No one is there to help me out.
