Dear Sir/Madam,
I need a STATIC IP from My ISP which is EXCITEL Fiber I had already request them to on 13th MARCH 2022.They had taken my request at that time, after 2 days i didn’t get any information about my request I call customer care number which is 18002002273/01133447788 first EXCITEL Customer care Staff told me that Due to shortfall of engineer your request has been rejected and they told me to hold the line we check the status again and tell you what is the problem, then call got disconnected, then second time I had Call again but now they are saying me that they do not provide STATIC IP for some reason. In the EXCITEL Fiber website they mention that provide and support online multi Player gaming, Home Networking, And Security & Surveillance, that means EXCITEL Website is providing fake Information and making customer fools to take there connection. I need my problem should be solve AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
