Text of Complaint by Swati Srivastava:

Hi,

Please be informed that I have taken Excitel broadband connection on 09Ap20 – 6 months plan which means for 180 days.

Out of 180 days I barely could get the connection right for even a month.

Looking at the Ticket requests which I have raised for the issues (excluding the tickets which remained open for slightly lesser days ) I identified that there was total of 117 days out of 180 days for which I had a speed loss problem and was getting a speed below 15mbps mostly even less than that (2-3 Mbps too) .

Inspite of several chasers , calls and chats and what not the issue remains there for a total of 117 days which had led to loss of my time and money that obviously cannot be replaced by the company’s apologies.

Raised the same on an email to Helpdesk and they are saying that money cannot be refunded as it was a prepaid connection.

My point is if they were not able to provide the services as per the plan why are they not refunding the amount.

They have given me a resolution to activate my plan again and then they will extend the plan from their end , which I do not agree to as I am no longer in Delhi.
