Hello All, This is in regards to the fraud happing from Excitel, where in they are taking 2000/- INR as security and by the time of ending the connection a user have to wait for 60 days to get that security money. Its been 1 Months since i have not got my refund yet despite of making a lot of calls. Same words, same lines have been said all the times that it will take 2-3 days however nothing happens. I need to take a legal action here since its my hard earned money and i should be getting interest on this from 61th Day till the time i get it.
On calling the customer care and telling that i will file a complain against them they say you can do it and they are not afraid of the repercussions.
