Customer care analyst don’t speak to me properly and hung up the call in between and never called me back again.
1. No proper service provided.
2. No internet service for more than 10 days in last 2 months.
3. Frequent internet connection issue.
4. Speed very slow and never received the promised speed from the time connection taken.
5. I still see tickets in open status aged 1 month and issue not fixed.
6. This is affecting my office work.
7. Time wasted a lot, Mental harassment, energy lost with time, Legal charges for refund and service not provided.
