Dear Excitel Team,

You might like to hear that your customer service is extremely bad/pathetic.
From customer Onboarding/activation to Deactivation, Decativation to Device Collection and from Device collection to refunds, everything is rubbish in your company or i can say in your system .

You do not have the kind of management of anything or say that there is no structure to do any work.

Fault everywhere or say that you have no control over your channel partners, everyone does their own thing and the truth is that you do not have the courage to correct or control your channel partners.

Since the business also comes with the same channel partners, then because of this you must be feeling helpless in front of them. i can understand this

But that’s your biggest mistake.

Well I have come to the point I made the biggest mistake of my life on 16th june 2021 which was installing excitel broadband at my home.

After that on 17th December 2021 this connection was closed by excitel due to some partner issues.

After fighting with your customer care for 5 months, when no one came to get the device from your company, I myself got tired and submitted the device to your new channel partner on 01st April 2022.

Although it was not easy to go and submit the device Your partner refused me 2-3 times but finally he took the device.

And now for the last three days I am banging with your partner. For the last three days I have been constantly going to your channel partner to get my own money but every time he gives me a new excuse.

Sometimes he says that the money has not come to me,
Sometimes the boy who sees the transactions is not there, tomorrow comes after 2 o’clock,
Sometimes says that he has gone to give the exam today, tomorrow comes after 10 o’clock

What is all this bullshit?

If there is some goodness left in you people then contact your channel partner and get this issue resolved and get the refund value transferred to my account.

Because now I will not go to your channel partner.

And this is my last email with you guys even after this if you can’t do anything then I will be forced to file a case against you in consumer court. not for refund of security deposit of Rs.2000. For Harassment that you guys and your channel partner with all the customers.
