Hello All, This is regarding the Scam happening from Excitel, wherein they are taking 1000/- INR as security of Fiber Service. And promise to refund at the time of closing the connection. but when I raise a request to close the service, till now they have not collected the device and every time same words and the same lines have been said that it will take 24-48 hours, however, nothing happens. I need to take legal action.
