7 June 2021, at 14:00 hours, I Jamal Tariq (connection with Mobil number 9911112603) called for less speed after service renewal issue. On this call of 45 min I was transferred to 4 executives, confirming each for my Number, name and address and account details. Everyone asking details and then transferring to other one. Finally call got transferred to Executive Kushal Kapoor. Asked him to connect me to senior person or manager as no one is able to help me out. He again started asking me details I shared registered mobile number, then he asked for more details, I clearly said this is 4 time I am being asked for the same on a single call and this time I am not going to share my details any further until got connected to the relevant person or manager. Over this he kept me on hold for few minutes, then joining back the call he denied to transfer the call, and keep on doing this for another 20 min but didn’t transferred and made me pissed, over this I shouted which gave him a chance to disconnect my call. I want an strict action against this careless executive immediately. I have the recorded call in case of any need I can produce the same anytime.
