I have given Excitel internet service provider with refund amount of 2000 + Monthly charges of 590 /- for installation of connection at 2491 sector 46 122003 . There is no device installation done for last 5 days . I have been following up with thousand of calls and chat with customer care . Sales agent now not picking phone and installation team is saying its requires 70 m wire to get installation . There is no action taken and they are not refunding my amount instead stating multiple times cancellation request . I am reaching out to get my query resolved .I no longer needed connection .
