Text of Complaint by Mavei Chao:

So I submitted my device way back in April and called the representative 6 days ago and asked for a supervisor for which he said that it’s been more than 60 days that i still haven’t got refund and he will send me the message by the week which he never did and I’m still waiting with no response.

Always had trouble with excitel and their service
