My Excitel broadband disconnected and ONU device submitted to office on December-2022. As per commitment Security deposit of Rs 2000 still not received. No response from Excitel customer care also despite of repeated complaints. The termination request was placed 4 months ago, router was taken back and even after 50 calls and follow ups, no result. This means that they are doing fraud with consumers and should be penalized. Request the concerned authorities to take a strict action
