Actually, I took an internet connection at my excite broadband company on July 17 2023. After 3 months, I want to relocate my internet to another location. They said in the ticket that in the new location there is no feasibility without contacting me; they simply closed the ticket, but in that location the feasibility is there.
same thing I discussed with customer support, but they are not serious. then I raised a ticket to terminate my connection and give the refund of the remaining days.
In between, I took one more connection with another register number with the same address I have given in the above. The field executive came to my location, and he clearly said the feasibility was there. and I take the connection on October 18, 2023. From the date of payment, after 3 days, the tech came to my location and laid the fibre cable. Without informing me, he went off. When I called the tech, he said he would bring the router by 3 p.m., but he never showed up, and neither did the field person. Again, I contacted customer care regarding this issue. They simply raise the ticket, and that’s it. I wait for a day for resolution. not a response from the Excitel team. directly, I call customer service, raise a ticket, get my refund, and stop the service. They say okay. There has been no response from the Excitel team since October 21st. No one called me for the issues.
Please, I need justice, and I want my money back for both accounts. I have all the proofs and all
