Text of Complaint by ARJUN SINGH:

I HAD DISCONNECTED MY EXCITEL BROADBAND CONNECTION, AS PER EXCITEL POLICY THEY HAVE TO REFUND MY AMOUNT OF RUPEES 2000/- UNDER 60 DAYS. BUT IT’S BEEN MORE THAN 90 DAYS AND MY REFUND IS NOT INITIATED, EVERYTIME I CALL THE COSTUMER CARE, THEY JUST SAY THAT PLEASE WAIT YOUR REFUND IS IN PROCESS.
