I have bought a realme phone from flipkart and in exchange i want to give redmi note 6 pro, flipkart promised that it will give Rs. 3750 if any screen crack found and there is screen crack on my phone but flipkart delivery agent is not accepting it while it was clearly mentioned in the app, I have also shared a screenshot of it. Please help me
