I purchased Oneplus 10 Pro Exchange with Oneplus 9 pro against Order no M112209256099722728 on 25 September 2022. My handset is in superb condition. Delivery boy cancelled exchange saying mobile has scratches. I am sending images as proof. If phone can not be exchanged in this conditions why this company make public show on exchange offers. These company making mentally harassment of public by these offer and make public fool saying that its courier boy decision.
Please help me in this matter.
