Dear sir,
I recently purchased a mobile phone from Flipkart Oppo Reno 8T in exchange of Realme 50A.
Order No.OD427908838496696100.
And mobile phone delivered and exchange pick up date was 11 may 2023,
And on 6 may I have received a message was pick up was cancelled then I tried to connect with Flipkart customer support executive.
They have told that there is no reason mentioned for cancellation.
Not even a single call received regarding exchange phone and not delivery boy check the old phone at the time of delivery.
So why my pick up is cancelled.
Please look in to this matter if phone exchange is not possible then please cancel my order.
