I have bought a new phone and made the old phone for exchange. The exchange price totally depends on phone’s condition. Which is mentioned in exchange policy. But they have deducted the money for not giving the old phone’s charger and box which is no where mentioned in that policy. This is what i am asking them for more than 20 days. These customer service team purposely disconnected my call in between the conversation. They have no answer for my question.
