Orderd a footwear on 16.10.2022 received on 17.10.2022 option of exchange was there as it was a larger size I exchanged for smaller size on the same day 17.10.2022 , which was supposed to be delivered on 18.10.2022 and exchange was also be picked up as promised by Amazon .but till date neither the new product is delivered nor exchanged .. and no response inspire of calling on daily basis . Finally they are not ready to give me a refund or return option also strucking my amount .
