Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I booked Redmi 11T 5G with exchange offer on 24 July.
Yesterday Blue Dart person came to pick up phone and refused to accept phone . He said this jack of charging is cracked. He was in hurry. Even he did not give 1 min to me to explain the correctly. Phone is working condition and there is no physical damage.

I need another person to pick up phone. I am not satified.
