Text of Complaint by Ayisha Imran:

I had ordered one kurthi worth 500 from Myntra and the product was damaged. When I requested for a exchange and took the item to the delivery boy(have to go to the society gate by taking car since door step delivery not allowed due to corona ) he denied to accept the item since it was damages but I wanted to exchange the item because it was damaged. Disint get the logic behind it. Contacted myntra customer care somany times. Everytime they are riding an issue closing it on their own without my knowledge. Fed up of contacting them.
