I have bought a new phone by selecting an option to exchange my old phone with a feature that flipkart provided to pickup old phone after 7 days of new phone delivery. Somehow, this pickup request was cancelled without my consent and now they want me to sell old phone on a sellback page which gives me flipkart gift card. Actually, I have selected my bank account to receive the amount for my old phone exchange while placing the order. Now, they are forcing me to take flipkart gift card so that I spend all the amount on Flipkart. I have tried so many times talking to customer support but no help.
