Need an urgent response regarding the exchange of Mi Redmi Note 7 Pro which was ordered on 10-05-2023 along with Apple iphone 13 in Flipkart.
I actually ordered the iphone because of getting a competitive rate in exchange for my old phone (4200 rs). The iphone was received on the promised date but for the exchange i wasn’t getting any response. Later from the Flipkart application i came to see that the order has been automatically cancelled by the pick-up guy which felt very frustrating.
Then i registered a complaint for this and after 2 days was able to see the complaint has been automatically closed by flipkart. After this I contacted the customer care and they informed to go for sell back option from where I can get the full amount as promised earlier (4200 rs). Again i booked a sell back option and the pickup guy cancelled the order for the 2nd time without my consent. Registered a complaint for this bad behavior and was not getting any update from Flipkart till now.
Request you to take this issue seriously an do the needful.
