I recently purchased a mobile phone from Flipkart Apple 14 in exchange of POCO F1.
And mobile phone delivered and exchange pick up date was 24 July 2023,
And on 19 July I have received a message was pick up was cancelled then I tried to connect with Flipkart customer support executive.
They have told that there is no reason mentioned for cancellation.
Not even a single call received regarding exchange phone and not delivery boy check the old phone at the time of delivery.
So why my pick up is cancelled.
Please look in to this matter if phone exchange is not possible then please cancel my order.
