I had ordered Redme 12pro on exchange of Realme 8 5G. I got my Redme 12 Pro on 4th July but flipkart sent me daily messages till 10th July that the your exchange item will pick up today, but no one came at my home for pick up. And when i call to Customer center they said sorry your exchange item has been cancelled. You can sell it on Flipkart Sell Back app. There is difference exchange value. How they can do it without informing to customer.
